Rules for using the UNIT Party website
By accessing the UNIT Party’s website, you agree to the terms and conditions of use. These define the rights and obligations regarding the use of online content and services, in accordance with Romanian and European law.

- The website is intended exclusively for public information and transparent communication with citizens and members of UNIT Party.

Content and intellectual property rights
- Texts, images, graphics, documents, logos, and videos published on this site are the property of UNIT Party and are protected under Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights.
- Reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the materials without the written consent of UNIT Party is strictly prohibited.

User responsibility

- Users must keep their login credentials secure and must not disclose them to third parties; UNIT Party is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
- Any action performed through a user account is deemed to have been carried out by the account holder and falls under their responsibility.

Rights and obligations of UNIT Party

- UNIT Party has the obligation to ensure a fair, transparent, and secure framework for all users of the online platform, in line with Article 5 of Law no. 190/2018 implementing GDPR.

Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian legislation (including the Civil Code, Law no. 365/2002, Law no. 506/2004) and relevant European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from the use of the website shall be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
